Who we are
This website is for R K Institute (Class 5–12 coaching, computer classes and weekend mock tests) at Saraswathi Vihar, Khoda Colony (Khora Colony), Sector 62A, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201020. Phone / WhatsApp: 93156 04600. Email: info@rkinstitution.com.
What we collect
We do not run a login or payment gateway on this site. Forms open WhatsApp. Depending on the form, you may send:
- Parent and student name, phone number, class, school name and board
- Date of birth, address and other admission notes
- Subjects, batch time, Saturday or Sunday mock-test choice
- Messages typed in a contact form
If you call or visit, the office may write the same details in a register or phone.
Children
Coaching and mock-test enquiries are for minors. A parent or guardian should fill the form. We use the child’s details only to reply about admission, a batch, a mock test, or a campus visit.
How we use it
- To answer the form you sent
- To confirm a visit, seat, mock slot or documents
- To send marks or a short remark after a mock test, if you asked for that
- To keep a simple office record
We do not sell your phone number or form data. We do not send bulk marketing lists from this website.
WhatsApp and others
When a form opens WhatsApp, the message is handled by WhatsApp / Meta under their rules. We cannot control that app. Email, if used, is through the address above.
Photos
Gallery photos are stored in folders on this site. Do not upload a child’s photo without a parent’s permission. Ask the office if you want a picture taken down.
Cookies and language
If you switch to हिन्दी, the site may set a language cookie for Google Translate. You can stay in English and avoid that cookie. We do not use advertising cookies on these pages.
Keeping data
Enquiry chats and office notes are kept as long as needed for admission, batches or a follow-up, then discarded in the ordinary course of work. Ask us if you want a number removed from a follow-up list.
Your choices
You may refuse a form, visit instead, or write to the email / WhatsApp above to correct a name or number. For a complaint, call 93156 04600 first.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change. Using the site after that means you have read the new text.
